INTRODUCTION

Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), Gandhinagar has released the official RRU Recruitment 2026 Notification dated 29 December 2025 for the appointment of Assistant Professors in foreign languages and Junior Research Officers (JRO) on a contractual basis. This recruitment drive aims to fill 05 contractual posts for a period of 364 days.

RRU Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Assistant Professor

• Master’s degree with minimum 55% marks
• NET / SET qualified or PhD as per UGC norms
• PhD from top 500 global universities is acceptable
• Advanced proficiency in the respective language

Junior Research Officer

• Master’s degree in relevant discipline with 55% marks
• Minimum six months of research or internship experience

Experience Preference

Preference will be given to PhD holders with at least two years of teaching or research experience.

Nationality

Only Indian citizens are eligible.

Age Limit

Age limit is not specified. Medical fitness is mandatory.
